The museum also offers diverse archeological exhibits with approximately 2.000 objects that belong to the pre-Columbian cultures of the Coastal and the Andean regions; art collections from the colony like paintings, portraits, coins, among others.

On the main entrance it has a mural in glazed ceramic designed by a famous artist from Guayaquil; Manteño – Huancavilca culture chairs are also located at the entrance.

The pre-Hispanic room is another attraction, which exhibits the development of the people of the Coast; there is also an anthropomorphic stone monolith that has been in the museum since its inauguration, and a Guasango wood Totem of 32 carved figures.

The classic vehicle that belonged to Dr. Pedro Carbo Noboa, citizen of Guayaquil and the pre-Hispanic pieces are other attractions of the Museum.
