It is located by the Guayas River where the city was founded and next to the traditional Barrio Las Peñas. It covers approximate 13.5 hectares, where an urban regeneration process was developed to benefit a population of 4,105 inhabitants who currently manage coffee shops, restaurants and handicrafts shops. Up from its viewpoint you can enjoy a magnificent view of the whole city and the rivers Daule and Babahoyo that form the great Guayas River. Other attractions are: Plaza el Fortin, the lighthouse and the Santa Ana Chapel.
